The association issued the certification mark to enhance its service efficacy and strengthen consumers’ awareness of the legitimacy of brokerages. |

Real Estate Broking Management Act was officially implemented on February 4th to consolidate a management system of “a broker must only work for one brokerage and every brokerage must belong to an association” to protect consumer transaction safety and promote the healthy development of the real estate transaction market. |

The association won the counseling budget for “Establishing an industrial Internet database and e-commerce system” provided by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs among fierce competition and public ratings in July. |

The association again won the budget for “network maintenance” with outstanding results in June and was recognized by the Minister of Economic Affairs. |
| 2004 Electronic newspaper was launched on March 8th. |

The real estate industry was included in the “Computer Processed Data Protection Act” in January. Besides continuing to follow government policies, to facilitate the benign competition and teamwork among industrial counterparts and material circulation to lower cost association, the association enacted logistics regulations to lay the ground for competition and cooperation between members. |

The association received subsidies for the sub-project of consolidating the Internet database by the industry to advance into the maturing stage of complete e operation. |

The association proposed to the government and successfully resulted in a Chinese/English version of the real estate brokerage license. |

The association, in light of its mission to take lead in the contemporary age, added the promotion committee for the international CCIM certification to drive the professionalism of the industry, expand the macro vision, and connect with the international society. |
