An open letter to the members of the association
Dear members:
When I decided to take on the post of chairman of the association, I repeatedly asked myself: “Am I doing it for fame or for interest, out of spontaneity or necessity?” The answer was none of the above.
During the past more than 10 years since my participation in the association, it was as if I swallowed a “secret pill for energy.” In the more than three thousand days, the secret pill continued to act on me through every part of my body and rooted in depth a seed of will power, the name being “zest.” My zest for charity business was the primary motivation for me to take part in the association, combine the industrial power to promote a good image for the industry, and eventually advance optimal partnership of both competition and cooperation in the industry. It is also an important mission for me to serve in the association.
The following is the symphony of energy for me as chairman of the 7th session.

Expanding international horizon and connecting with the international society by establishing a special committee dedicated to the promotion of CCIM international certification system to enhance the international professional standards of brokers. |

Connecting with the new network metropolitan and joining efforts in developing the virtual market by holding free of charge e practical educational training and enhancing overall e level of the industry. |

Emphasizing both sense and sensibility by establishing a reader’s club and holding a variety of sensible and artistic activities while at the same time promoting brokers’ character management, establishing an optimal industrial culture that values both character and education. |

Establishing a real estate investment seminar to gather industrial investment leads and information and advance opportunities for cooperation with counterparts. |

Opening more source of income and cutting down expenses to fully promote an industrial association, open up source of wealth, and purchase a permanent location for the association. |
